Return Policy

1. General Policy

Each piece of artwork is carefully created by hand, and due to its custom and original nature, all sales are considered final. Returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted, except in cases of damage or error as outlined below.

2. Custom Pet Portraits

    •    Custom commissions are non-refundable once work has started.

    •    Customers provide reference photos for these commissions, and the final artwork reflects the artist’s interpretation.

    •    Minor variations in color, style, or detail do not constitute grounds for a return or refund.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

    •    If an item is received damaged or defective, you must notify us within 3–5 days of delivery.

    •    To request a replacement or refund, provide clear photographs of the damage and retain the original packaging.

    •    We will determine, at our discretion, whether to offer a replacement, repair, or refund.

4. Shipping Issues

    •    We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers.

    •    We will assist in filing claims with carriers when applicable.

5. Cancellations

    •    Orders for original artwork may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if the item has not yet shipped.

    •    Custom commission orders may only be canceled before work begins. Once work has commenced, cancellations are not permitted.

  • Deposits are nonrefundable.

6. Non-Returnable Items

    •    Custom pet portraits

    •    Commissioned artwork

    •    Any item marked as final sale
