This website provides for the sale of original artwork, primarily created in soft pastels, and offers custom, hand-painted pet portrait commissions. All artwork is created by the artist and is subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service without notice.
3. Orders and Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received in full before any artwork is shipped or any custom commission is started, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
4. Custom Pet Portraits
Custom portrait commissions are created based on reference photos provided by the customer.
• Customers are responsible for providing clear, high-quality images.
• A proof or progress update may be provided at the artist’s discretion.
• Due to the custom nature of these works, all commission sales are final
(See Section 6).
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times may vary depending on product availability and commission timelines. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.
6. Returns and Refunds
All sales of original artwork and custom commissions are final. Refunds or exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged. In such cases, you must contact us within [insert number] days of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage.
