My own miniature roses at home were the inspiration for this piece. I unfortunately do not have a green thumb, but I do love flowers. When my attempts to nurture and grow these particular roses failed and they began to die, my husband planted them outside our home. Surprisingly, they thrived! Sometimes growth doesn’t come from holding on tighter. Sometimes it comes with freedom.
